Overview
ITS will apply monthly Windows security and critical updates on Windows servers on Saturday, November 18, 2023, from 6 p.m.-midnight. The latest Windows security patches fix the vulnerabilities and errors in Windows and associated software. Security and critical updates reduce the risk of exploitation by malware or hackers.
What Can You Expect
During the maintenance window, users may experience a brief loss of service while each server is rebooted. Each server is expected to be unavailable for less than 10 minutes during the maintenance window.

Overview
The Chancellor's Office has scheduled a downtime maintenance window for campus PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS). The downtime will occur on Friday, October 20, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight while the Chancellor's Office works to apply a maintenance pack upgrade.
Benefit: Updates to the 2023-2024 payment roster processing will accommodate revision requirements to the Middle-Class Scholarship (MCS) Program in response to the 2023-2024 Budget Act trailer bill (SB117).
What Can You Expect
Campus Solutions (CS) will not be available during the maintenance window.
Affected applications include:
- E-Trac
- CEL Quick Admit
- Gator Scheduler
- Accept Admission Offer

Overview
On Friday, October 20, the ITS Network team will enable a new fast roaming feature for all campus WiFi access points.
Benefit: With this new feature enabled, WiFi clients will be able to connect to nearby wireless access points at a faster rate of speed while roaming. This update will improve the use of certain applications which may require faster reconnection.

Users should not experience any issues during this time.

Overview
On Thursday, October 19, at 10 p.m., ITS will update campus load balancers that direct traffic to services such as OnBase, Shibboleth, Gateway, on-premises mail relay, and LDAP.
Benefit:
This update will ensure increased security for all campus load-balancing services.
What Can You Expect
Some services may be temporarily unavailable during the maintenance window. If you experience difficulty accessing any load-balanced resource during this time, please try again.

As of yesterday evening, unofficial transcripts have been restored in Campus Solutions (CS).
What Can You Expect
Students and campus users can now request unofficial transcripts in CS without issues.

Students cannot retrieve their unofficial transcripts due to an error in Campus Solutions (CS). The Chancellor’s Office (CO) will install a fix later today, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., to resolve the issue.
What Can You Expect
Campus users attempting to generate an unofficial transcript in CS will receive an error message. Campus Solutions will not be available between 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. today while the CO installs a fix.

The Chancellor's Office has scheduled an emergency downtime maintenance window for campus PeopleSoft platforms (Campus Solutions (CS) 9.2 and Human Resources (HR) 9.0. The downtime will occur on Friday, September 22, from 8:00 p.m. to midnight while the Chancellor's Office works to apply a maintenance pack upgrade.
Benefit: Critical updates applied for FISAP reporting to the Department of Education.

Overview
ITS has scheduled a maintenance window for StarRez to integrate this application with Azure Cloud SSO. The change is happening on the backend, and users should not experience any differences during the login process into StarRez. The maintenance window will take place on Tuesday, September 26, 2023. The change will improve the security and availability of StarRez.
What Can You Expect
Users may be unable to access StarRez Application during the migration timeframe. Users already logged in will not be affected.
