ServiceNow Downtime Notification (August 26, 2024)

Overview

ITS has been informed that ServiceNow is experiencing intermittent issues globally. At this time, you will not be able to sign into the Service Portal or the Service Agent Portal. We are actively contacting our ServiceNow technical representatives for more information on the outage and to expedite a resolution.

 

What Can You Expect

Access to ServiceNow platforms will be disrupted during this period. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates once we have more information.
